Return Policy

Items Qualifying for Free Returns:

These items will be specified on the product page. Not all products qualify, only those that are noted. If you don't love it, return it! There is no risk. If you would like to return a qualifying item, please send us an email to info@everlyandace.com. We will send you a return shipping label. All items must be unused, unworn, in new condition, in original packaging, and must have original tags attached. Any items that are returned that are not in new condition will not be issued a refund. When items are returned in new condition, your card will be refunded. If the item was a gift, or you would rather have store credit, no problem. Just specify and credit can be issued, whichever you prefer. Sale items and items purchased with a discount code do not qualify for free return shipping. 

 

General Returns:

New and unused products can be returned within 7 days. All items must be in original condition with tags and original packaging. Contact us with the order number and we will email you the return instructions. Sorry, no refunds on return shipping. We can be reached at info@everlyandace.com. 

 

Personalized and Custom Products:

All personalized and custom products, such as monogram necklaces and paintings, cannot be returned. Please check all info you provide when ordering. These sales are final. 

 

Shows, Events, and Bazaars:

If your Everly and Ace product is purchased at a local event such as a show or bazaar, items cannot be returned or exchanged unless in new and undamaged condition with tags attached and is accompanied by a receipt. Once the products have left our possesion, we are no longer responsible for the product. Items purchased at an event, show, or bazaar do not qualify for free shipping or free return shipping.
